This screen provides a summary of the entire registration accounts in the hierarchy within a certain data range.
To view a detailed account of each child organisation, click on the Detail link:
This will display registration account details:
Click Generate Report to view the Detail Download Report. The data fields included in the Detail Download Report include:

| ent_trans_id | The ID of the entity that initiated the download. |
| transaction_date | The date the most recent transaction was recorded. |
| entity_id | The ID of the organisation that the current user is logging into. |
| cp_entity_id | The ID of the child organisation. |
| balance_after | The balance of the account after each transaction. |
| amount | The current balance of the child organisation's account. |
| amount_debit | The amount debited from the account balance by each transaction. |
| amount_credit | The amount credited to the account by each transaction. |
| trans_type_name | The name of the transaction type. |
| trans_journal | Details of the transaction. |
| cp_entity_name | The name of the child organisation. |
