Manual Allocation Overview

First select a group of matches using the Select Bar which will populate the Match List . Then select the match that in the match list that requires

Selector Bar Section

This controls which matches are displayed in the match list. After selecting the Season values in the Week Of drop down box are populated. The Week Of drop down box lists the date of the Saturday for the week of matches starting from the previous Wednesday to the following Tuesday.

Selecting a grade from the Grade drop down box will also display matches for the grades designated as the reserves grade if a seniors grade is selected and vice versa (this is only available to full subscribers to the allocation module)

Match List Section

This section will list the matches according to what has been selected in the selector bar. If the grade has a related grade (ie reserves or seniors) then the matches are listed by grades. To manually allocate

This section lists all

Status: This indicates the allocation status for the

for the range of dates in the matches in the match list.

The status can be any of:

Image Removed The match official is available for allocations
Image Removed The match official has allocations but has indicated the possibility of multiple allocations for a weekend or is only allocated for one of the match dates
Image Removed The match official has indicated they MAY not be available for all match dates or has indicated they are unavailable for only one of the match dates
Image Removed The match official is fully allocated for all possible match dates
Image Removed The match official has indicated that they are unavailable for all match dates.

The list can be filtered in two ways, first by the Tab Select and second by the Text Filter

Text Filter

The Text Filter will filter out records where the name or suburb contains the text typed into the filter box. Filtering is triggered as soon as you stop typing and to clear the filter simply delete the text typed into the filter.
For example typing in "Glen" into the filter box will select all

s with the name "Glen" and also any that have a home suburb that has "Glen" in it. You can also type in panel allocations such as 1B, 2C which filter based on panel allocation.

List Sorting

Ths list can also be sorted by clicking on the list headings. Once clicked a directional arrow will show the sort direction. Clicking the same heading again will reverse the sort order.

Allocations Section

This section shows you the selected match details and current

allocations. It list each referee allocated to the match against the role they are allocated to.

list the first role will be populated and the radio button next to the second role will be checked. You can at any time check any of the radio buttons so that the next double click applies to that role. Allocations can be cleared by clicking the "Clear" link next to the role.

The "Call Off" link is when the

pulls out of a match and has to be replaced. Instances of "Call Offs" are recorded in the system for the given

Once all roles have been allocated click the Save Allocations button. If the Refresh List after Saving Allocations checkbox (located at the top of the Referees List section) is checked, the allocations information in the Referees List will be refreshed automatically.

This page allows match officials to be manually allocated to matches. The page has four sections:

Steps to allocate match officials to a particular match

  1. There are filters for 'season', 'week of matches' and 'grade'
  2. Select either 'Allocation by Grade' or 'Zone' to view relevant match list for allocation 
  3. Click on one of the matches displayed to activate umpire allocation
  4. Select the umpire slot and click on an available umpire to allocate them to the match
  5. Click "Save Allocations" to confirm
